'Barron report to be published'



The Barron report into the murder of Seamus Ludlow is due be published later today.

Mr Ludlow died in May 1976 near Dundalk, north county Louth.

His family claim his death occured at the hands of Loyalist Red Hand Commandos and the British Army`s Ulster Defence Regiment.

The report is to be referred to the Joint Committee on Justice this morning.

If the committee decides to accept it as an interim report, it will be laid before the Houses of the Oireachtas and published.
